Due to the unique nature of our inventory — authentic antiques, vintage collectibles, and one-of-a-kind decorative arts — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Each piece is a singular, pre-owned item with its own history. As such, it cannot be exchanged or replaced once sold.

We take great care to describe and photograph every item accurately and in full detail, including any age-related wear, patina, chips, repairs, or imperfections. Please read all descriptions carefully and review all photographs before purchasing.

Shipping & Transit

Once an order has been dispatched — whether by post or courier — it is in the care of the carrier. Alexa Finds Switzerland does not accept responsibility for damage, loss, or delay that occurs during transit.
