Shipping from Switzerland

All orders are dispatched from Switzerland. We ship domestically within Switzerland and internationally, primarily to European destinations.

Packaging

Every item is carefully and securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Fragile pieces receive additional protective wrapping appropriate to their size and fragility.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been sent.

Delivery Times

  • Switzerland: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–8 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination country.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the item. For large or fragile items, we may contact you to confirm the best shipping method before dispatch.

Shipping Insurance

Given the value and fragility of many of our pieces, we strongly recommend adding shipping insurance to your order. Insurance covers loss or damage during transit and provides peace of mind for both parties.

If you would like to insure your shipment, please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange this and provide you with the applicable fee. Insurance costs vary depending on the declared value of the item and the destination country.

Please note: Alexa Finds Switzerland does not accept responsibility for damage, loss, or delay occurring during transit for uninsured shipments. We therefore encourage all buyers of high-value items to take advantage of this option.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or control these costs.
