An exceptional Art Nouveau wall mirror in cast and repousse brass, dating to circa 1900–1910. The ornate frame is richly decorated with the sinuous organic motifs characteristic of the Jugendstil movement — flowing foliate tendrils, peacock feather roundels, shell forms, and whiplash curves surround a bevelled rectangular mirror plate.
A decorative hook at the base adds practical elegance, making this piece as functional as it is beautiful — perfect for an entryway, dressing room, or as a statement piece in any interior that appreciates the artistry of the fin-de-siècle era.
A rare and striking example of Central European decorative metalwork at the height of the Art Nouveau period.
